Clients and Users:

The company offers services, education, information, and the use of INLIghtWithQueve.com for adults age 18 and older, and with written permission from a parent or legal guardian, or where applicable by law..

Appointments:

Sessions are determined in advance between the company and you. Given the nature of hosting your session experience for you, much physical preparation by the company is necessary beforehand, and therefore it is of the utmost importance that you keep your appointment as scheduled. If you must reschedule your appointment, kindly request so in writing at least 24 hours in advance. The company will work together with you to find an alternate mutually agreeable time.

Refunds, Returns and Transferal of Services:

Due to the nature of services offered, there are no refunds. If you decide once you have purchased a service that you desire an alternate service offered by the company, then please request such transfer by sending an email to: inlightwithqueve@gmail.com. Please note you will incur an additional expense if the alternate service exceeds your original purchase price. If you desire to transfer your purchased service to another individual, then please request such transfer by sending an email to: Cheryl@inlightwithqueve.com. We will always do what we can to work with you to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Recording of Services:

Sessions conducted remotely via video conferencing or phone, are recorded as part of your scheduled service. You will be able to download the recording directly. Your recording will be available for 12 months. You may choose to decline the recording of your session. The company cannot be held responsible or liable for failed recordings. retention, and access issues that are outside of the control of the company. Recordings are not a guaranteed aspect of your service. All clients are permitted to record their services as well.
